Shipping Policy

At Livpure, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

Ready Stock Items
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days within Singapore.

Pre-Order Items
Estimated delivery: up to 8 weeks (approximately 2 months).
• Timelines may vary depending on production and shipment schedules.
• Orders containing both ready stock and pre-order items will be shipped when all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

📍 Delivery Coverage

We currently ship within Singapore. For overseas delivery enquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery status and tracking updates will be available through your account on our website.

⚠️ Delivery Notes

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.
• Livpure is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

 


 

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received:

  1. Please check with household members, neighbours, or building management.

  2. Verify delivery status via your account tracking.

  3. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery update if the parcel remains missing.

We will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier. Replacement or refund will be considered after confirmation from the courier that the parcel is lost.

Livpure is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

 


 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you receive:
• damaged items
• missing items
• incorrect products

Kindly contact us within 48 hours with:
Order number
Clear photos of the items and packaging

We will arrange an appropriate resolution after verification.
